COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12TMC11B7A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ime product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the G3MB202PEG4DC20MA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 151X0007001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IME94080457 by Manufacturer Ime as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lockheed-Martin Brand 7705581G1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as 106615A equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NQ2P10R52C made by Fuji as well as the popular E7030 original spares produced by Longford Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5604929 by Phoenix and 106615A spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC2820D300B11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
